A contemporary take on Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on Tel Avivian staples.

Channeling the energy of Tel Aviv's bohemian cafe culture through a New York lens, the restaurant was designed to foster the simple, timeless act of bringing people together around a common table.

Focusing on grass-fed proteins, whole grains, and seasonal vegetables, Shoo Shoo Nolita serves lunch, brunch and dinner menus of shareable plates that encourage people to taste and enjoy many dishes throughout a meal, creating a communal table and a symphony of flavors every time you walk through the door.

The Owners

Albert Bitton & Robby Ozer

Albert Bitton and Robby Ozer first met over twenty-five years ago in New York City, a love at first sight friendship and brotherhood was born. Summers spent surfing in Montauk and traveling the world in search of the perfect wave revealed a shared love of exceptional cultural food and experiences enjoyed around a dinner table with great friends and soul family.

Albert Bitton and Robby Ozer came together to create the neighborhood restaurant they had always craved – pure and simple food presented in a chic but approachable setting. With Shoo Shoo, they’ve brought that vision to life. The casual and stylish restaurant reflects the vibrancy of NoLita, while celebrating their Mediterranean roots to present an experience of intentional simplicity.
